2005 GMC Radiator Trans cooler inlet fittings replacement?

Anyone have problems with the fittings that are in the plastic tank on a 2005 GMC Sierra K1500 where the Trans lines go into?  Mine are corroded so the clip won't hold the line in anymore.  Are they replaceable without taking the tank off? Thanks
