Hey guys , well i did it , blew my tranny , even the case is no good . note to self .............when you build a big powerful sixpack motor . don't leave the old tired 727 in there .  i dropped off another 727 trans to the re builder . this one has the big drum that they use in hemi and sixpack cars from the factory . i also installed a red clutch hp rebuild  kit and a street , strip  shift kit . it shifts very positive without breaking my neck . this year i plan on finishing the body and painting it flat black with red call outs on hood and red tail and wing . i also installed old school traction bars that i go from Stu . luv them . here's some pics

Good luck with the bars. I mangled 3 sets and gave up. Slapper bars were not made for the short/long leaf of mopars. They do give the car the old school look though

Hope the tranny situation turns out ok.. Are they installing it or are you just dropping the 727 off and you do it at home. I'm taking it from the pictures, you dropped off the car and they'll do everything......  :2thumbs:
