Wow.....so RM23U0A164661 (mine) and RM23U0A164662 are only a 1/2-hour drive from one another.

Charles told me this summer that he only had one Superbird left in his collection.

I believe his total numbers of winged cars at one time was double digits....10 or 12. And he's owned somewhere around 15 over all.

Last info I have is that it was sold at BJ in Jan 2002 for $50,000 at 38,000 miles.

That's exactly what I was thinking. There is a guy local to me that drives his superbird every single day of the year as it is his only vehicle and im pretty sure has been since the 80s.  Last I heard it had close to 250,000 miles.
