'68 Factory Shifter

Does anyone remake the factory shifter that would have come in a '68 Charger Non-console 4 speed car? I've seen the brown shifter ball on yearone but I'm looking for the whole factory shifter.

Early or late? Early cars would have an Inland. Nobody makes it. Late cars would have a skinny round Hurst. I have one of each (car that is). Check Brewers since they took over all of Gunslinger's business.

Just curious, before I spend $600 on this original shifter, is there an aftermarket Hurst shifter that looks similar to the stock one?

The newer and after market Hurst handles are all the flat, blade style. These are round (hard to tell in the picture). The shifter box itself is being made but I think they only take the bolt-on style handles.

Put a WTB advert in the classifieds. I picked up a complete original '69 shifter c/w ball for little dollars from a member here last year. It's currently soaking in degrease. Has ZERO slop in it and only thing I noticed was it was missing the xbolt in the handle socket... and I just happened to have one in my old worn out spares collection. All it appears to need is a good lube after degrease and to be installed.
