1970 440HP/six pack harmonic balancer

Why is the harmonic balancer different on 1970 440 HP/ Six pack engines vs. other year 440's or non HP 440's?

I know the rods are different but Are the crank shafts different?

Does a 1970 440 HP/Six pack engine with this harmonic balancer use a weighted torque converter or flywheel?

The rods are heavier, requiring offset weight on both the balancer and converter.
Any 70 and up HP block until mid 70s , I think.
