What these numbers mean,anyone could tell me?

Could you guys tell me what these numbers mean and how i can check if it's numbers matching?

The top row of stamped numbers is the partial vehicle VIN, 9B denotes a '69 car built at the Hamtramck plant (Dodge main), the lower stamped numbers are model and build date of the transmission along with a sequence number....all unique to that car. The raised number is the casting number which is the same for all cars of that year/trans.

The top row of stamped numbers should match the VIN tag on the dash.
