I've got a '69 charger in storage back home that I'm considering selling but I'm unsure on whats a good asking price.  I have a couple pictures I can attach.  It does have the rust in the rear quarters,  I have all the interior (green) and console in the car and it's in decent shape minus the seams in the drivers seat.  I do not have the original motor in the car but I do have the original 383 heads.  It has a 400cu out of a Satelite in it currently.  It was my fathers car and the original engine locked up in the early 70's.  I can answer most questions,  but I'm waiting on a relative to send me more detailed photos.  I'm looking for a good starting point on price.  Any help would be appreciated.

Another thing.. is the car in america? canada? brazil? Europe?

If frame/floors are solid, I'd say 18-20k. Start at 25k and see what happens.  :Twocents:

I wish I would have had my ducks more in a row with the pictures before I started this,  the trunk does have some rust but I don't recall it being ate through. Frame is straight.  It drove it to my folks for storage,  but I would definately advise someone that the engine and tranny probably need gone through. I do recall it leaking water due to a freeze plug being bad when I got there.  Its been garaged for about the last 6 years,  depressing as it was to leave it unfinished but I had no place for it when I moved.

QuoteYea you're right its a scam...

Try not to take it personally if people have suspicions.  This hobby really is full of scammers.

The wheels are 14",  not taking anything personal.  I know I put this up a lil premature before I had the right pics,  sorry those were off my fb page and the only ones I had at the time.  I'm gettin a lil pressure from dad to make a descision on keeping or selling.  I am hopin to have more pics of the car later today or this weekend to show what it needs and where to start.

I would be interested in knowing more about the car as well.

Those 2 pictures don't do the car justice as far as trying to figure out value and what not.

How does the car drive? Does it smoke, have a rough idle, any knocks or pings from the engine, any oil leaks, have transmission problems, etc.

The more information the better.
