Weight of 440 block and crankshaft

I know there was a post about weights of various components. I was unable to find it.
Anyway, what is the weight of a '70 440 block with main caps and forged crank (installed in the block)?

Pretty close to 300lbs mark, the crank should be around 75 lbs and block around 225lbs range if I remember correctly.

dont try to lift yourself if 50 or older..pulling back muscles is not worth it....but i guess i never learn
