Q:     What does partially rebodied mean? I'm going to need more info. Is this not the original body? Do the trunk and radiator support vin numbers match the car, were they welded into a donor body? As it sits now, do all vin numbers match (dash, truck, Rad, door sticker).    Nov-18-16
A:     Greetings, This car was mostly restored 10 years ago. At that time I was restoring about 10 vehicles. I think original body was pretty beat up and we used another body to restore. There is no number on the radiator support and I am not sure about the trunk lip. Deck lid underside and door jams are original paint. Original vin number on drivers door, dash vin, and fender tag. Paint is a couple of years old. Engine and trans are matching numbers. No rust. Between owning 50 cars a few years ago and a few heart attacks I have a hard time remembering each vehicle

Basically worth the same as a 318 car IMO.

I will give the owner credit for admitting it and not trying to cover it up. That said next buyer down the line it will become a "complete #s match" car. :slap:
