1969 Charger Radio Antenna Hole Template

Hi, everyone this is my first post on here. Glad to be a part of it! I have been restoring a 69 440 charger white hat special for the last year and i had to get some aftermarket fenders, and unfortunately i had to replace the front fenders due to someone trying to half assed straighten the fenders it had 1/4 inch of bondo on them, i had given them to a friend of mine, and he had sold them. After painting them and starting the assembly i just now noticed the hole for the antenna on the passenger side was not precut on the new fenders. I was wondering if anyone has a template or could possibly make me a template of the correct position where i need to cut the hole? Any help would be much appreciated!!! Thanks
