Correct OEM tires 1969 Bee

When I had GG do a report on my #3 of 6 Canadian Bee's in his registry  , a dozen years ago, he stated the standard T83 tire for the Super Bee was the Red Streak "Speedway-Early" GOODYEAR F70-14. Is this correct, or should it be Firestone???

Good year made red streak speedways. Not sure what the build date or other influences dictated which they used but some of each were used in 69.

GG stated Goodyear Speedways for mine under T83 as the standard tire. Car mfg date Feb 25th 1969.

I have only seen Goodyears on the B-Bodies of that time frame with the exception of some of the Daytonas which some carried the Firestones.  Our 69 Charger R/T which was a October 69 build still has the original Goodyear Speedway in the trunk.  My November 69 build GTX also has a Goodyear Speedway.  To my understanding, with the promotion of the White Hat Specials and Spring colors, the Goodyear Polyglass replaced the Speedway as the red line option and the Polyglass white letter became an option as well.  Have seen the Firestones as being the OEM for the A-Bodies with the performance engine packages in 69.
