Hello future buyer! I am motivated to sell this car and want to feel comfortable with this sale as humanly possible and I want you to feel comfortable on your purchase as well, so I am going to give a lot of detail.... but why waist my time writing it all down when if you are really serious about the car your going to want to talk to me and get it inspected and so on. So that said.... I will keep it brief and any other questions you have fill free to call me at (209)968-6271. I bought the car for 25,500 a year and two months ago from New York and they bought it from South Dakota and it came from Wyoming where some how it got stolen and some one ripped out the vin tag, so it has a resigned vin and why the vin starts with SD because it was found in South Dakota and made legal again. The car runs and drives great, it is not perfect, it is not a show car, there are a couple of things that don't work. That said think about if it was perfect... I probly wouldn't being selling it at this low price, scan down a few ads, you'll see what a perfect 1969 charger goes for. I'm selling this car at 28,000 because I bought it for 25,500 and I put more than 5000 into it the past year, like alliminuim 440 source heads, alliminuim 4 core raditor, alliminuim high flow water pump and housing, new alternater and voltage regulator, with a new battery and much more I will talk about if you call me. I will not be afraid to talk about some of the flaws in detail as well witch are very minor. Oh and I have the car financed thru jj best so you can call cris just to make sure the car is legit. Hope to make a good deal, have a great day!

Passenger side spark wire is about to burn off.
Don't care for the GM under hood black spray paint.
Overall, a great buy. :Twocents:

That dash is fugly.

so is the upholstery effort on the seats and head-rests
"An aggressive exterior with power to match was enough to pull in the performance boys-especially when abetted by a pair of pipes blaring out the back, and brawny red-sidewall rubber hitting the pavement."

"........the four speed box changes cogs with the precision of a sharp axe striking soft pine."

Is it an A/C car or not? It has vents on the side of the dash but non-a/c pad in the middle.  :shruggy:

70 door panels.
70 SE door panels and rear panels at that, and chrome trim on the gas and e-brake pedal.
So it was stolen in Wyoming and taken across state line to South Dakota and reassigned a new vin, then made it's way to New York and what now it's in California. Anyone that had their 1969 Charger stolen and never recovered would be looking at this one and wondering. :scratchchin:

Listing ended and  SOLD :smash:

I see an Automatic on the column shift indicator.
1970 Dodge Charger SE, 383 Magnum, dual fours, Winter's shifter and racing transmission.

70's had a different firewall ?

charger chris

The fire wall is a little different on the 70. Maybe some one can clean up the pic by the brake boster and blow it up to see the details. And oh that car is an ac car look at the firewall the ac hole is blocked off.

That's not a '70 firewall, although it does have a funky diamond plate aluminum chunk below the ballast resistor...but no heat is getting to that heater core, for sure.

The two things I'm most worried about...aside from the car's potential theft related past, are...
1) This dude can't spell "aluminum" to save his life.
2) The taillight wiring...I can all but guarantee that zero lights work back there.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
