I know there's a recent post on this somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find it. So, I apologize for the duplication.

When hanging new quarters (AMD full quarters), what's the consensus on whether or not to remove these brackets before installation? Do they serve as an original point of reference for where the quarters should be?

Could be a thread I started a couple months ago.  I removed mine.  Still don't have the quarter installed yet.

I left mine on.

They didn't make it difficult to install the quarters?

bend that bracket to the outside a little, then hang 1/4, then bend back.
