After spending the week in Detroit and reading and talking to people about the Woodward Dream Cruise...It is now on my bucket list. The other show on my list is Chrysler's at Carlyle.

I doubt I'll be driving the Charger from WA state though.

It is a blast, I started coming to it 3 years ago and now i don't miss it!

Lots of changes next year though.  The Hospital is bulldozing the "epicenter" of the cruise for a new building.  So next year should be much more interesting.

Woodward is very cool.. My Brother lived a couple of blocks from Woodward and 14 mile, so I went 3 years in row...

I highly Recommended it. At least once in your life before you die. If your a car guy a must. Ryan, if they bulldoze that big Parking lot, where will Chrysler park all those cool cars :scratchchin: :shruggy: :slap: :brickwall:  LEON.

I heard that all the Chrysler stuff is just going to stick to the M1 Concourse.

I'm gonna try and go next year if I can. Might trailer my Charger up there. How's the crime in that part of town? In Detroit you need a knife to get in and a gun to get out.

14 mile & 15 mile & 16 & Woodward is where alot of the high class rich people live. some million $$ Mansions in that area so crime not to bad. Anything near 8 mile & south of 8 mile can get a bit risky. I live on 8 mile rd & not been shot yet.  :2guns: :2guns: :2guns: came close twice though, long story. LEON.

I only made it home in '99 with my '90 GTA.  It was an awesome experience.

I kept hoping I'd make an excuse to get back since then with Black Betty but I never did.   I spent the past bunch of August weekends doing the Nats things manning the MA booth and not feeling like trying to do 2 big trips in a row especially with work and all...   Somehow I don't think that'll happen again  ;)

It'd be a bucket list for me to get Sinnamon back there where she belonged back in the day.
Maybe I should start planning?   Find a  2.76 pig and...   ;D
