  I saw a NOS right one on E-Bag last week $9950.00, seller also had a used one for $5950.00 and a dented up nose cone for $9950.00. (Wingman)   Jay.

OK, in that link, Bronzedodge asked, "If there's a way to tell originals from "modified" fenders, I'm curious just for the information."  Nobody ever answered.

I too wonder, since it is my understanding that "original Daytona fenders" are actually "modified" fenders just done by Creative Industries (or Dodge, I'm not even really sure about that), how can somebody know definitely what the fender is/was?

It is not meant to disparage the person currently selling the Daytona pieces, it is just something that I too have wondered about for many years.
