Repro Door pannels

I need new convertible rear door pannels and have been told there are three or four companies selling these and most don't fit or look good, does anyone have some input on my best options?  My originals arent bad but there are big hole cut out for speakers.  I have concidered just throwing in some speakers and reinstalling these pannels.
