rear bench insulator

I'm noticing all ppl sits on my car complaints about loooots of heat on rear bench... of course I know I can just install an insulation pad down the bench, but, was this installed form factory ? I don't remember when I dissasemblied the fist time my car somekind of insulation on that area.

if there is a lot of heats there why there was not insulation there ?

or Do I have missed some insulation heats shields on exhaust system ?

i did not have anything under my bench when i removed it and everything was factory. so not for sure

I was sure on mine also because I also removed everything from factory, but since mine was assemblied in Venezuela it could be some different about that
