Ok I have an after market summit racing harmonic balancer and  mildon water pump and AC pulley set up and nothing is  lining up correctly. Does anyone know the orginal harmonic balancer tickness and the height of a stock water pump? I need this info to see what's off where. Thanks again

What balancer do you have specifically? how far off is the pulley alignment? Can you post some pictures?

I have https://m.summitracing.com/parts/sum-c4279 balancer. I just bought a set of pulleys from CVF racing http://www.cvfracing.com/Big-Block-Chrysler-Pulley-Kit-3V-p/bcrl3kit.htm. But now having problems with them the water pump pulley when tightend it hits the rear bolts of the water pump and can't move and the pulley is twice a thick as the stock pulley so the pin on the hub where the fan fits is flat at the end due to being so thick  just  so there's nothing sticking out for the fan to set on

Hmm, I'm not sure what the fix is for the hub not being long enough or the pulley hitting the bolts. Other than running a spacer behind the pulley, which will only make the centering hub issue worse. I do a stock WP pulley and WP I can measure the centering hub height as well as the depth of the pulley for you. Other than that, I would recommend a phone call to CFV and see what they have to say.
