I have a 69 RT with factory 4-piston front disc brakes, but I need to rebuild the calipers, find new pads, and one new rotor in order to use them.  Is it worth it, and if so where can I find parts - I'm coming up empty.  Is it possible to switch to another front disc setup with my spindles?  Are disc and drum spindles the same?

Rock Auto, Harmon Classic Brakes, among others has parts.
But look under 66, 67, 68 Charger, and other B body cars.
Rotors are out there, do a GOOGLE search for vendors, sellers.
Year One, for the repop one piece design, and i have seen a vendor or two, now selling the original, two piece design, that you transfer over your original Hub, to the new rotor.
But i didn't bookmark the vendors, in my computer.
There are rather pricy, $$$$$$ but you can get them.

And NO.
Disc spindles, and Drum, spindles ARE NOT the same.

Sure, you can swap brakes over from any single piston brake system if you wanted to, but you have to use the entire system, from the donor car.
A, B, E, body brakes, or even the F, M, J, body disc brakes.
Whatever you want to do is possible.

Found it again.
Look here, 2 piece design.
But, $$$$$$$$$$

I see you made up your mind, and are trying to sell the Bendix brake system, over in the for sale section of the forum.
