Loose leaf springs?

Hello Moparians,

I've got a couple questions. Would loose leaf springs cause the inside of my rear tires to run the body? Stock axle, 15x8s with 275/60s and 4.5" bs. Would it be better to buy new springs or rebuild mine? If so where would I get them rebuilt or is this something I can do myself? The backers clamped around them are somewhat loose. The tires only rub when I make really tight turns usually into driveways and such. Thanks,
