That is really cool!
Coincidentally, that is about 80 miles from where I'm typing...nice weather we're having today, huh? ;D

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

It will air on Fox or FS1 around the time of the Daytona 500.

I guess you have to live in a 'salt state' to know what just one application of salt does to a car...  :'( :rotz:
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

Salt is a killer but it does wash off.  Your example is not entirely accurate.  You post a picture of a car sitting out in the weather.  Not the same.     Your DC 93 is a complete pile of rusty junk.  It was never driven on salt roads.  Now the Isaac Daytona has been on the salt.  And for 500 + miles.  And quess what.  It's not rotted.   45 years has gone by.  In fact.  It is the best example by far of an original race Daytona..   Cars rust here in sunny California with NO salt.   Water is the enemy, the salt just speeds up the process.   My Daytona has been on the salt many times.   Guess what.   No rust.   I spent well over 8 hours washing out the frame, rockers, 1/4s, wheel wells etc.   All gone.  Don't believe me?  Come over and you can lick my car and tell me what I missed.    :drool5:
Caution.... Low flying aircraft.

That is quite the picture though....I keep telling myself I will NEVER buy another rusty car....my kids and wife just laugh.

For the record, DC-93 is NOT a complete pile of rusty junk. But I value your opinions. That is what makes the hobby fun!

You know all day while I was working on the Daytona's I thought.  " I hope he didn't take that comment wrong."  The one about the rusty pile.   I know it's not a rusty pile of junk.  Not in my book.   Most would run from a major project like that.   Idiots like me.  Run to them...

Damn! What's the story on this one?
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
