Trying to pull the bumper off my 14 1500 RAM. Can't figure out how to break the plugs that feed the wiring loom for the driving lights and park sensors. I've pushed pulled jammed and swore lots but couldn't get them apart. Is it a push to unlock type deal or is there a special key?  The park sensor connection had a red clip on where I would normally push down to unlock before pulling apart. Does that need removed first?

Feeling kinda stoopid.

Thanks
