So I put the 440 73 charger this weekend and everything fits but the headers 78030 headmans touches both the gearbox and the corner of the starter and the oil pan on the passenger side rubs the kmember, which is odd you would think it would the same all the way across, but the motor mounts set all the way into the perches and the transmission mount bolted up ok.

Hedman headers = hammers, pry bars, dents for clearance, etc.
Which oil pan did you use? Most cars use a mid sump design.

If this is a small block to big block conversion on the small block K, everything you mentioned are the common issues.

I can't tell if it's catching on the hump or not, or just really close to the kmember the oil pan is made where it's contoured to one side more then the other. The side where the oil pan is the closest the bolt in the motor mount perch is maybe 1/8" from the bottom of the slot of the motor mount perch
