Did a quick search here and didn't see any mention of it. Looks like it may have been out for a few months and I think I'll grab a copy when its available next week from Amazon here in Canada. Should be interesting.

wandered into a garage sale in Milford Michigan 2-3 years ago  guy holding the sale was the former owner of  Syntex INC in dearborn michigan   he built the   Dodge Diamante show car    still had all the blue prints and drawings of the car

I agree.  Sorry for the diversion.  On a separate but related note, I ordered this Book a few weeks ago but Amazon said that it had not yet been released.  I'm looking forward to receiving it.  

NOTE:  That was Amazon's claim.....not mine.  Just passing along the information I was conveyed.

Ordered mine a while back. Canadian .ca site says July 15, 2016.  I see the US .com site now says Feb 15, 2017.  I guess it gets here when it gets here. 

There's also this one that actually is out. Probably nothing that can't be found on the big WWW, but hey, I still like to kill trees reading stuff on paper.
