two wiper motor numbers?

correct me if I am wrong, but the motor with the last row stamped 1628 is for the 162nd day of 1968 and the other 2519 is the 251st day of 1969 ( which would be correct for a 1970 car?  What does the S stand for?

Your assumptions on the date codes are correct. The 2519 is more appropriate for a '70 model year car.
