Umm you should have left it in the classifieds section, for way less views, considering serious partys are very well already in contact with the seller anyway.

Some body is gonna flip that car. Lol

Why hasn't it sold?

It's got to be because of the ugly front bumper guards.

I once reviewed a resume from a guy, and his contact email was creepynightcrawler@something.com.

Straight into the trash.

This Charger guys email is napalm666@gmail.com.

Buyer should beware he doesn't get burnt.

Troy

If I wanted a 69 (and had some spare cash) I'd have probably grabbed it 10 minutes after it was listed.

But I also have a thing for white interiors...

I'd put it more to the ugly seat covers :eek2: - if you are going to put new seat covers on, at least get the right ones.

I think it's priced right. It looks like there are large patches on the inner wheel houses and bottom of left rear frame rail.

Daytona R/T SE

I'm still trying to figure out the screwed-on rocker panels.  :shruggy:

Can't judge a book by it's cover, a nice new paint job can make any car look good.  I know, I've painted some real POS 's in my lifetime. LEON.

And it's a white vinyl top + white interior.  That seems to make cars look nicer/stock-er IMO.

Imagine if the car had a painted top + black interior.

crj1968

Flaws aside, that car is worth $15K all day....he even showed pics of floors, trunk and quarters being replaced.

I think someone really got a good deal on it.

Just 6T9 CHGR

That was the reason for the original post...car was priced fairly for what it was and sold in a day..definitely did not belong in the delusional section

Hope someone got a good deal!

Well, that was fast. I knew a flipper would get it, just knew it. I messaged the seller not long after he posted the ad but the flipper obviously beat me to it. This car was just 5 minutes from me, just stinks. Oh, well, something else will come along.

So, if it was "priced right" then what will it be priced at now? Assuming the buyer didn't pay the asking price either. That sucks.

On the other hand, people who have a limited budget and really, really want a car are likely to take too long to make a decision even when the car is exactly what they need (because  they don't want to accidentally waste that hard earned money) so they're constantly chasing. You have to basically be standing there with cash ready to spend when the opportunity arises or someone else will snatch that dream away. I have been lucky (in some cases) in that people let me know of cars before they are available publicly. Other times I've been first - which may also be lucky.

It wasn't "priced right", it was priced too low.  We spent this whole thread talking about it.

Just because it was sold under-value before, that doesn't mean it has to sell for over-value now.  It will probably just sell for something around the going rate.  I don't see anything too tragic about that.

And what is the going rate for a car like this? LEON.

I don't know.

But it's probably more than the value of a used FWD plastic 4dr sedan that needs a timing chain.  That's about what $15k buys these days.
