After two days of calling I finally got him to answer the phone.

I asked if I could come look at the cars and he said yes.  I told him I was local and could be there right away and he said the cars were both sold.  He said they were going over to the UK and he was waiting on someone to wire him the money into his account so maybe it was real, who knows.

Seems odd that he said you could come look at them but as soon as you said you were local & could be right there he then say's both cars were sold? Why didn't he just tell they were both sold from the start? Still sounds like a scam. LEON.

Careful Yariv - I talked to him on the phone and the story doesn't line up...could be they were leading people on that wanted to "come look" all the while waiting for an overseas buyer.

Agreed, I was told I could come look at the cars until I said I was local and could be there in 10 minutes. Thats when he said they were sold.

This was also a bit fishy.  His number when Googled was listed as a land line and not a cell phone.  Well, the 574 area code in the ad is not the area code around here, the area code for Fort Wayne/New Haven is 260.  The 574 is the area code for South Bend Indiana, an hour and a half away.

That video was published yesterday. Those cars are not where he says they are. He even mentions the eBay add so there's no denying it, they are still in Nevada, or wherever, that can't be Indiana. Good luck. I bet that's why it was canceled. He realized he fucked up. Or he got a fish on the line. It's probably some beaner that works nearby and is able to go check out the cars and pretend that they are his. Can't wait for the outcome. Then again I could be wrong. I didn't sleep at a holiday in Last night.

I bet that lot is in Los Angeles, it's obviously a storage lot for a movie company. I've seen a lot similar to this who rents out cars for movie and TV shows. Trees and distant mountains kinda give it away too. There's no trees anywhere near a major city in Nevada lol
