So I rented a car today and got a Charger. A few first impressions...

1. Steering wheel is buttery soft leather. Nice!
2. Car goes fast - faster than one might think. Keep an eye on the speedometer.
3. HVAC isn't the easiest to "pick" a temp.
4. Dash looks CHEAP.

I am driving it about 1,200 miles over the next day and a half. More impressions later...

Maybe its the angle the photo was taken at but that vehicle appear to have two too many doors to be an actual Charger!!! LOL! I think you will find that its a Chrysler 300c......in drag!!
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you !!

Black, is one of the most popular colors. Apparently 30 percent of the Chargers this year are made black.

The one in the driveway was dark gray.  :coolgleamA:

So I made it 600 miles today. Nice riding car, for sure! Getting used to the buttons, etc., still. USB ports and such are convenient  :Twocents:  Wish it had HUD  :scratchchin:

Over 600 miles on a tank of gas, round trip was just under 1,300 miles. Front driver's seat could support my legs more, and have deeper bolsters, but understood there are other models of the Charger with "better" seats. These were base cloth seats.

6 cyl is peppy. Maybe 220 hp.   8 spd auto is smooth. Didn't even feel the constant shifting, but It had to, surely. No "wandering", it was a tight car, and smooth. Very smooth.

Needs Heads Up Display, I am convinced of that.

Would I buy one? Jury is out.  :Twocents:
