Hey ,

Thinking of trying the Moog offset upper control arm bushings. Questions -
a) are these pressed in?
b) do I have  to replace the front and back ones on each side or just one on each side???
c) anyone try these? What do you think of them?
Thanks

A: Yes, pressed in.

B:Two on each side.

C: I have them but my car is years away from alignment.

Edit, late again. :scratchchin:

They can be installed stagger to change castor also.  :2thumbs:

Are they pretty much set , install front one closer to outside and rear one closer to inside or are you doing a hit n miss type install? Thanks for the quick replies!

Yeah,  I used that diagram as well.

So , fronts all the way out (toward fender) , rears all the way in (towards frame).?????

Yes. Then do the same with the adjustment eccentrics. Measure. If more + camber is needed at that point, rotate the front eccentric to bring camber up to -1* or so. Stop.

I think it depends on how much you want to change the caster, for a minor correction only one offset bushing might be required.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

I was thinking this. But , I think I need at least the 4 everyone has been suggesting. I'll know when I get these bushings and take it in. I am sure they set mine to factory.

Can't get enough positive caster in these heaps. Use em both. Camber is easy and can be added with hardened washers under the spindle bolts if necessary.
