Haven't seen it in person, only pictures.  I will go pick it up and pay for it later this week.  Seems to be fairly complete minus the engine and trans.  Has typical rust around the bottom of quarters, back glass, and top (under vinyl top).

I may consider selling the car once I get it home.    :shruggy:   it is supposed to include a ton of extra parts (even a used roof).    :2thumbs:

Being all blasted is nice. Far fewer surprises. You can get right to work on it. Thats how I would like to find them! The parts are neat so long as they are in good shape and/or are the non-reproduced items, like seats.

Thanks guys!  :2thumbs:   When I get the car home I will give an update.  My wife thinks I should keep it for our little boy but I'm not sure if I should keep it on the chance that my son might want it.   :shruggy:  (he is about to turn 2)    But his favorite place is my shop and he loves trying to help me so who knows, he may be cursed with this addiction that we all love.   :smilielol:     All jokes aside, if he wants an old car I would do all I could to get him a project car.  Working on cars can keep kids out of trouble sometimes. (drugs, alcohol, ect.)   Anyway, if I decide to sell this one then I will let you guys know in the order of who asked first.   :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

I wouldn't hold on to it in hopes. That is a long way away. And odds are pretty good he wont care by then. I see it all the time in this hobby. A guys son was interested when he was 8, but lost interest by 14. The guy still tries to involve uninterested son in classic car activities while son rolls his eyes while texting how stupid it all is to his friends.

I would just decide if you are going to restore it NOW, before years degrade it any further. If your son wants to have a project with you in 15 years, buy a car that you both like at that time.

Are you sure the wife doesn't have ulterior motives?? Her own Charger til your son is big enough to take it away. :D

Haha  I would think that she was wanting it but she wants a pink Cuda or Challenger.   :brickwall:   :brickwall:    I am still trying to decide on keeping the car or not.  If I keep it then it will most likely become a General lee in a few years.   :shruggy:

Awesome! I am always on the hunt for the right car to pick up in hopes my little guy (who is also almost 2) is old enough. He loves cars and trucks right now I am just hoping that sticks with him. Good luck with yours!

I have made the decision to put the car up for sale.  Before I advertise it I will offer it to the people on the forum.  If you would be interested then send me a PM.   It is a non R/T car.  Needs quarters, and patches around the back glass.  Has new year one floor pans and trunk pans.  Frame is solid.  Located in Muscadine, AL 36269.
