 I was looking at this 1967 Dodge charger for sale and noticed something strange in the VIN. anyone ever see the fifth character a &?

That's pretty strange- from his write up

". Vin # has rare defect 5th didget is a & symbol. .speaking with GTS Galen tag service,llc , said only like 20 they ever seen with factory misprint in tag # ."

I've seen that before, but I forget where & on what.

Dont know my '67 VIN tags but looks like there is more than one error?   "&" for the engine size and a "2" for the plant code?
