Installing a trans cooler and I need a fitting that will screw into the stock mopar trans lines with a barb on the other end so I can attach a 3/8" hose onto it. Any ideas

The factory lines use a 5/16" flare fitting at each end. You could use a 5/16" flare fitting that is female NPT in the other end and screw a 3/8" barb fitting into the female end to attach a 3/8" rubber hose.
