Emergency flashers help! Two dont work. 68 charger

Got to take the car through inspection and just noticed that the flasher on the hood and the one on the bottom (under the headlights, acc lights?) dont work. Rest works. Turn signals all work (when separately activated.

Seperate flasher for emergency .Also rock switch back and forth between on and off cleans its contacts

I've has some success with prying the tangs that hold the fiberboard plate on the switch and cleaning the contacts inside the switch.
