Hi, What's the best Trans. fluid to put in a 76 Chrysler Cordoba with a 400?.  Thanks

If you want smooth shifts use Dexron/Mercon fluid; for slightly firmer shifts use Type F.

Some will insist you need to use ATF+4 but without lockup and OD it's not the best choice.
