New project 73 Rally 400 mag. simple Questions

I just picked up a 73 Charger Rally 400 Mag.
it was sitting for 30 years.
Looking for 400 parts.
I assume its a big block?
will a 440 oil pan fit the 400?
has anyone used The B and M Tranny rebuild kit and would you recommend it.

it's a big block. Oil pan will fit...

The B&M tranny kit should be good to go.

It should also be noted that the oil pan is 73-74 ONLY because of the suspension. 3614970 and the number stamped on the pan is 971.
