Nitpicking here a little bit but when you look at the picture of the cross member shouldn't there be another washer welded on the front?  I thought 440 and up cars had 2 washers welded on while 383's had only one.  Either way this would be a sharp car when finished.

And if someone here buys it I'd recommend putting an oil filter on before you try and start it!

It's a 70 Charger, the best looking Charger of any/all other production year Chargers, ANY color will look good on it, ....even green

I agree and would do so if I had that project.

The 70 Charger has a unique look that -IMO- is the only nice change to an otherwise perfect set of body lines of the 68 and 69. (the 71's (for example) became a whole new car)

Also 70 was the first year for that color and if I had the money at the time I would have bought one new.

For contrast is this color that is also rather rare.

The new Challengers can be ordered in "plum crazy" which speaks for it's lasting appeal.
