Complete Interior Project

I am working on completely redoing my interior. I have a lot of existing parts and I have a lot of missing parts. My goal is to buy as many reproduction/new parts as available and get ready of the junk stuff already in my car. After looking at the available stuff on the market, here is a list of stuff I think I need to buy.

I am looking for some feedback on what I am missing or what I may not need. What parts or reproduced that I would need that I haven't listed below?

Note: I am choosing saddle tan (the dark tan) for my interior.

Some parts only come in black or white. Is it better to buy them in white if I am going to Dye them??

a lot of stuff you can find on ebay carpet headliner ext. i have found nearly all of my interior on ebay and it is original and in real good condition all i lack is panels front and back and i found them from a guy on this forum that i am buying form him and my seat covers everything else i found on e-bay and this forum.
