143 tooth flywheel, 6 bolt, and hemi

Can I still reuse my 6 bolt,  143 tooth, 11inch flywheel for a hemi engine? Or is it useless unless I have anither big block?

I know of no reason why you cannot use a 6 bolt flywheel on a hemi engine provided you have a 6 bolt crank shaft in that hemi.
However I am still learning new things.

Im learning as always also......im now told a hemi crank is 8 bolt....then some say 6 bolt.....soy flywheel might be for sale or not, lol....gheeee

I also have only known of them being "factory" 8 bolt.  But wouldn't a 440 crank (for example) fit in the block?

Stock: no

You can build a Hemi with a 440 crank (if you're into mixing and matching parts). If you're buying a newly built engine then you'll need whatever matches it.
