Posting this from my phone hopefully link works. This is a known car from my area. Remember first seeing it at a show as a young teenager almost 25 years ago.
Be my number 2 choice of charger right behind a hemi 69 c500.

I was wondering the same. Haven't seen it in over 10 years.looks like at a dealer. Pretty sure it's all original panels on the car as well.

Maybe they repainted the quarter. Still doesn't explain the lack of stripe though.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

14" wheels and F70-14 POLYGLAS tires were STANDARD on 1970 Charger R/Ts including R/Ts with HEMIs

I would question - WHY? (what appears to be) 245/60/14s SHORT, SHORT, SHORT especially on a b-body.  :shruggy:
