Only real restoration shop I know of in the Houston area is MoMuscle in Conroe Tx.  It is high end ($$$)  but they would probably do some small work if you asked.

I've had my 69 at South Tx Muscle and Classics in Spring. Great guys- very fair on price. Mostly GM but I have seen about 5 other Mopars there. They've done a lot of work to my General Lee and really happy with it. Talk to Scott

His work is just shy of the national caliber shops only because I don't think he does all of the picky OEM stuff.

What sort of work exactly do you need? I can do stuff to a certain degree at home.. I've been tinkering with 2nd generation Chargers my whole life........
