It ceases to amaze me how lazy some sellers can be. You can't remove those leaves before posting an ad? 

I think the seller thinks that his low asking price warrants him from making the Charger presentable.

I got a cheap 1st gen after I foubd out I couldn't get interior and other pieces some one else bought a cheap 1st gen

This is "cheap" only if you need quarters, floors, etc. for your complete project.  As it appears from the pictures that there is no rust on the shell.  It is Not cheap if you are looking for a starter project.
