3" exhaust tips

I think my exhaust tip order got lost somewhere and i can not find any trace of it anywhere,so i have to buy a set!
My question is if i have TTI 3" exhaust x style system what size of the exhaust tips have to be?Is it 3" or less so it slides into the exhaust pipe?
Sorry if my question seems stupid i wanna make sure i order the correct size!

 you need the correct  3inch  TTi tips  ,  

the OEM tips  wont fit the TTi   pipes  , unless you shorten them / cut off the tail pipe & hanger .
