no kiddin!  I guess we have to go to St. Louis this year.  In hindsight, there is an SRT nationals at topeka this year.  No old ones, but some vipe's, trucks, and anything with SRT will be there.

Oh, I am not going to it :D

FROM WHAT I HAVE HEARD KCIR IS LOOKING FOR A NEW LOCATION FOR THE TRACK. JEFF IS TIRED OF THE LEGAL BATTLES WITH THE RICH NEIGBORS. ESPECIALLY, THE FAMILY THAT OWNS UNITED MISSOURI BANK.
THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE THEIR SPECIAL USE PERMIT REVOKED FOR YEARS.
THE DUMB BROAD BOUGHT A HOUSE NEAR THE TRACK AND SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW THAT THERE WAS A DRAGSTRIP THERE.
SO, INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH IT, SHE FILES A LAWSUIT TO SHUT IT DOWN.+++++++++

Double whammy!  No Topeka, or Kansas City.

That leaves the HPACmopar June show/swap, but no racing.  :icon_smile_sad:

*Speed costs money son, how fast do you want to go, and for how long?"
*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."

This really screws up my show schedule this year!  >:(   I wish I could make the Joplin show but it's a little far for me to travel.  Does anybody know why Topeka isn't happening this year?  That was one of my favorite shows.

What!!! There isnt going to be a Super Mopar Weekend in Topeka this year???

MOPARHOUND!

SCCA - Sports Car Club of America has like 20 events booked at the track, one of them was on the Mopar Super Weekend date - they won out, is what I heard.
