Weld-thru primer...

Been using SEM Weld-thru primer, seemed to be great stuff. Until both cans decided to expand on the bottom. Freaks me out even holding them. The first one did acter being exposed to a little sunlight,  I assumed that was the culprit.

The second can I just started here recently,  and the more I primed it by shaking it, it also started to expand on the bottom. Are they bad? Am I doing it wrong? Whats causing it.
And is there a different brand that would be better to use?
Thanks for the info.

I think you should notify SEM. You may get some free paint out of it.

I never had that happen, was there a drastic change in temperature? The problem I have is after every use the tip gets clogged easily & wont spray. LEON.

Not really shaking it hard... after about 10 seconds, it started expanding

I've had that happen from getting a little too warm.  Also had one to blow up from sitting in front of the heater...  pay attention to where you sit the can, and also wear gloves and safety glasses if you chance using the bent cans..   :smilielol:    :yesnod:
