I am finishing up the body work on my 71 charger and I had to replace a fender. The one I bought from someone has two holes on the top of the fender about in line where the hood pins are. Are those for additional fender markers. I started to pay close attention to pictures of cars and it seems like half the chargers have them and the other so not but no close up pictures of them. Can someone please shed some light on this for me. What are they and what models dos they come on. Was it just an option or do people get ride of them just for the look.

Thanks all.

They are for the optional fender mounted turn signal indicators.

:iagree: Code L31 on the build sheet if you have one. Your wire harness should have plug ins for them if you want to add them. Your choice.
