Price to expect to pay for bodywork - rust, bondo, respray

Hi guys, I left my car outside in the UK for years and it's really taken a beating from the rain and winters.  I didn't realise how much bondo it had until I saw it recently.  All 4 quarters are bubbled/rusted and would probably break off with a good kick.

I'm considering either getting it blasted and filled again, welded and/or maybe even new quarters.  Full respray after.  The price will determine how far I want to go with it.  It looks straight, but I don't think it will be so straight if all the bondo came off.

What kind of price would you expect to pay for to 1) do the whole thing properly, or 2) filler it in and spray?  (I realise this is quite a wide open subjective question, but some ball parks would be great).

Also expected price for a full bumper rechrome?

I'd appreciate an opinion before I go get some quotes as there are very few people who will take this job on around here....

Thanks for any opinions.  Can put up pics if that helps.

I'm convinced that since these cars are predominantly made of steel, they will always be in a state of rusting, or at least be prone to it. That being said,  when you have rust issues you have to eliminate it to the best of your ability, which is cutting out infected metal and replacing it.  It's more expensive,  time consuming and just plain sucks, but it is what it is.  All I did with my car is patch the lower rear quarters, replace the Dutchman and tail panels, but it cost THOUSANDS before the first drop of primer even hit the body.  Good luck brother...

Thanks, attaching a pic of the worst arch/quarter.  Has some bubbling /cracks above the creases too but not on the roof.

I'm gonna get a quote and reply to to this thread to see what you guys think if that's OK.   I've had it over a decade so I'd prefer to pay to restore my car rather than buy again.

I also think it's gonna go yellow... getting sick of the comedy car thing personally

If anyone has examples of their bodywork costs please do post.
