Will '68 R/T emblems fit a non R/T?

I decided to turn my 383 car into an R/T clone and am replacing the original emblems on the Grille and Tail Panel with the R/T emblems from Year One. My question is are the mounting holes the same size where they will bolt right in?

Grille yes, tail panel, no. New holes will need drilled in the tail panel for the r/t emblem.
