You can get titles in Wisconsin now since last year. Pay $100 to the state for them to do a vin search. If it doesn't come back stolen, they issue you a title. They passed this law just because of people that like old cars.

titles are no big deal...i just got 3 title in the mail and never even stepped into a dmv. showed up 3 weeks after i pressed the send button to text the vins to the guy

I'm trying. Ben talking to the guy since about 10 minutes after the ad posted. I'm less than 15 minutes away and can't get him to commit on a time to meet.

I continue to call everyday to setup a time to meet. He finally answered the phone this afternoon and said that he can't meet today but can tomorrow around noon and that I should call him back. I'm crossing my fingers that he'll actually answer.
