Looks like he cut in a new panel.....then only got as far as priming it! LOL! Not a good look for me. Nice car though!

Looks to be decals so it shouldn't be hard to remove and have it looking decent again.

But as others have stated it looks like a Cuda themed charger

Yes, same to me, but tan interior. And tan/bronze vinyl roof if posible too.

I wonder if it's got a 440?
I'm kinda 50/50 on the billboard stripe. As Nacho stated, if it followed the body line (and go all the way to the rear), I imagine it would look better.
