The AR Engineering kit contains the parts necessary to hang the new Viper calipers onto the disc brake knuckles found on 1973 or newer A body or E body cars. This kit will also fit on the slightly taller FMJ knuckles or the ones from the 1973 or newer B body cars.

You can fit either of those two spindles on a 68 b-body so, yes, they will work. You just need to buy different spindles for your car (basically the same ones as the Mopar Action swap.)

I can build hubs so that the big brake kits will go onto the earlier (small bearing) knuckles but I don't really see much point in doing that.  The late model knuckles are easy to find and they are a little bit lighter.  The taller knuckle provides a little better camber gain and anyone who is serious enough to run my big brake kits is also serious enough to swap knuckles.
